Nicholas N. Kraushaar

I am a an Attorney licensed to practice law in California. I graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law, and the University of Southern California, with a B.S. degree in finance and real estate.  I have extensive trial experience in complex civil litigation.  I have owned and operated several business and served on the Boards of Directors of several corporations including a hospital where I served as President for two years.  I now limit my legal practice to mediation and have mediated over 250 cases.   I also have over five years experience as a business consultant with a national organization and served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Naval Aviator
